How tuition works
We are glad to talk the current term through by phone. Here is what sets tuition and what each part is for.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on the level, the length of the class and how many classes a week a swimmer takes. Getting started and Floating and kicking classes are half an hour; the other three levels are forty-five minutes.

Registration
A yearly registration covers your swimmer's file and the placement visit. It is due when you register for your first term, and it is once a year.

Holding a place
Registering for a class holds the place. If a class is full, we put your swimmer on its waitlist and offer places in the order families asked, by call or text the same day one opens.
Waitlist places go out in order
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly, with autopay if you like. A month with five classes in it is billed the same as a month with four.

Help with tuition
Ask us whether lesson assistance is open this term. We keep a small number of places for families who need help, and we handle each request privately.
Ask at registration, or call the front desk
Siblings
Brothers and sisters can share a visit: ask for classes back to back, in the same pool or in both. Tell us when you register and we will line the times up.

Missed classes and make-ups
If a swimmer misses a class, we offer a make-up in the same term, in a class of the same level that has room. Book it at the front desk or by phone.

Caps, goggles and towels
Beyond tuition there is little to buy. Every swimmer wears a cap in their level's color, and the front desk keeps caps for new swimmers. Goggles and towels come from home.
